Krabill Looking for March Meet Victory with Backing of Bardahl

Austin & O’Brien Racing and driver Kris Krabill are heading into the 2015 NHRA Heritage Series March Meet with sights on a win. The team is coming into this event with a semi-finals finish in Tucson under their belt and a new corporate sponsor in ‘Bardahl’ supporting them. The car has a new look representing the Bardahl brand and corporate colors of green, yellow and black.

Krabill, a past March Meet winner,  is looking to get another victory at this coveted race. Krabill says, “I am driving better than I ever have and our Bardahl backed nitro funny car is coming out with a vengeance.”

The team started off the season in Tucson, Arizona at the IHRA Nitro Jam, where they qualified #4. Krabill took out Roger Garten and the War Horse team in round one. In them Semi’s, Krabill lost to the #1 qualifier, Mike McIntire, who set a new IHRA world record with that run.

The 2015 Good Vibrations Motorsports March Meet, March 5-8, is an annual pilgrimage to the sacred  drag racing grounds at Auto Club Famoso Raceway. “Every year we have more and more visitors and competitors from all over the World coming to the Good Vibrations Motorsports March Meet. For many of them this is the only place they visit when they come to the States. To be a destination like that for international visitors is amazing. The Good Vibrations Motorsports March Meet has truly become a World event.” Said Blake Bowser, VP and GM of the Kern County Racing Association.
